Capoeira Angola is an ancient afro-Brazilian martial art. Its holistic practice embraces bodily movements of attack and defence; and the musical component that gives this fight/dance its uniqueness. The name Capoeira Angola refers to a specific style of capoeira in which movements are slower and more fluid. The Angola style also calls for a more intelligent/tricky game instead of a fast one.
